Open the editable Markdown text files in a text editor or copy the prompts into your preferred writing tool. Replace every placeholder with accurate information. Tailor the pitch to the recipient's current instructions; do not send an unchanged mass email.

The XLSX provides space for 100 of your own records, with formula guidance based on the information you enter. It helps organize research, checks, replies and policy-led next steps. It does not find contacts, send emails, judge your music or automatically submit anything.

The bundle uses printable PDF, editable Markdown text, XLSX and CSV. Use a PDF reader, a text editor and spreadsheet software that can open XLSX or CSV. Native Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets behavior is unverified. Formula cells are marked but unprotected; keep an untouched master. The CSV is input-only and has no formulas or dropdowns. There are no macros or external data connections.

The sample contains a three-page PDF, an eight-record XLSX tracker, its input-only CSV and sample instructions and license. The full toolkit has an eight-page guide, 100-record tracker and the additional templates, worksheets, logs and follow-up resources listed above.
