01 / PREPARE YOUR SUBMISSION

A clear pitch.

These public instructions are all you need to prepare a submission yourself. Your EPK and the paid toolkit are optional.

  1. 01

    Your artist name and project

    We format the submission title as: Artist - Track or project - demo submission. Include a monitored contact email.

  2. 02

    A concise, specific pitch

    Introduce your sound and the tracks you’re sending. Explain why the music fits Dowpe World’s catalog or creative direction.

  3. 03

    One listening link, up to three tracks

    Use a private streaming link or playlist, with your strongest track first. Test it signed out and on mobile. Include any password. No audio or ZIP attachments.

  4. 04

    A short biography and accurate credits

    Write 40–60 words about your sound, role and current project. List each track’s title, version, release status and relevant credits.

  5. 05

    Permission to share the music

    Submit as the artist or authorized representative. Make sure permissions cover sharing for this private review. Keep contracts and ownership records in your own files.

  6. 06

    A final check and your own records

    Remove placeholders, check artist and track names, and test the final link. Save your submission reference. Send follow-ups only if we request them.

Your music and information

Your pitch, contact information, track details and listening link are stored privately for Dowpe World to consider your music and manage submissions. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form.

Submitted recordings are for private consideration. Any public release, commercial use or collaboration would be discussed separately with the appropriate permission. Keep sensitive contracts and identity documents out of your pitch.

For a privacy or deletion request, email admin@dowpeworld.org and include your submission reference. Short-lived hashed submission counters protect the form; we do not store your raw IP address in demo intake records.

Submissions are for consideration. No listen, feedback, reply, signing or release is guaranteed. We may contact you if interested in discussing your music. No toolkit purchase is needed, and a purchase gives no priority. Please avoid repeat submissions and wait for us to request any follow-up.
